Full Time Customer Service Representative

Provides the highest level of customer service support in a positive, courteous, and enthusiastic manner by interacting with customers, over the phone and in person, to provide information regarding inquiries about our services and handle and resolve complaints.

Job Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Be professional, friendly, and polite while conversing with customers and coworkers either over the phone or in person
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to customers
  • Advising customers how on services offered by DakotaPost. Advise them how to fill out the proper form needed to start our service. 
  • Filling out address change forms and documenting this in the system with accuracy
  • Accurately fill out cancellation requests and enter them in the system
  • Provide concierge service for accounts
  • Retrieving mail for walk in customers and checking proper ID
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build relationships with customers and WOW customers by going the extra mile
  • Keep notes and records of customer interactions
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager


Education and Experience                                                                                                                                                                     

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • One year of customer service experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities                                                                                                                                                             

  • Great communication skills and ability to work with others
  • General knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work                                                                                                                                       .

This is a full-time position. Typical Days and hours worked are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Need flexibility to be able to adapt to customer needs.

Physical Demands                                                                                                                                                                                    .

This position will require an employee to be able to be sedentary for long periods of time in an environment with the noise level of an average office.
