The Customer Service Lead ensures customers’ needs are being met while helping to increase levels of customer satisfaction.
     

Job Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communication, coaching, training and development
  • Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate fast improvements and improved working relationships
  • Build strong customer relations and trust; handling complaints and concerns for customers and employees

      

Education and Experience                                                                                                                                                                     

  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent Communication skills required
  • Ability to process information quickly and make decisions best for the customer and the company

    

Travel                                                                                                                                                             

  • No travel is expected with this position

        

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work                                                                                                                                       .

This is a full-time, non-exempt level position. Days and standard hours of work are Monday through Friday with the ability to be flexible and available for business needs during the hours of 7:30am to 5:30pm
    

Physical Demands                                                                                                                                                                                    .

This position will require an employee to be able to be sedentary for long periods of time in an environment with the noise level of an average office.  The employee must be able to lift 25 pounds and use proper lifting techniques
