Job Summary                                                                                                                                                                                            .

DakotaPost offers a stable, friendly atmosphere to work in and will reward your pleasant and positive attitude. You will work with customers to answer their inquiries, questions, and help resolve problems.  Your primary focus will be new customer sign ups and answering inquiries via telephone, in-person or email about membership for DakotaPost services.  You will be responsible for keeping management and co-workers aware of customer problems, complaints, requests, etc. 

The right candidate will help increase company revenue by facilitating new customer sign ups.  Ideal applicant can think quickly, adapt to change, is a good problem solver, have solid communication skills and the ability to work well with others. 


Job Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                                                 .

  • New customer signups
  • Responsible for answering telephone, in-person or email inquiries about membership in DakotaPost services.
  • Responsible for keeping management and co-workers aware of customer problems, complaints, requests.
  • Responsible for cross-training on the licensing and registering services DakotaPost provides.

Education and Experience                                                                                                                                                                      .

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Previous Call Center or Customer Service Experience preferred


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities                                                                                                                                                              .

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Time management skills
  • Team working skills
  • Customer and personal service skills
  • The ability to communicate well with others



Position Type and Expected Hours of Work                                                                                                                                       .

This is a full-time position. Typical Days and hours worked are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Need flexibility to be able to adapt to customer needs.

Physical Demands                                                                                                                                                                                    .

This position will require an employee to be able to be sedentary for long periods of time in an environment with the noise level of an average office.
